Rob Hartman, Founder

Since 2009, Rob has received extensive training on the nervous system from neuroscientists, yogis, shamans, stress experts, and researchers in the U.S., India, Bali, and Peru. Rob is a certified Tension & Trauma Release Exercise Practitioner and a graduate of the following programs: Klinghardt Academy's Autonomic Response Testing and Applied PsychoNeuroBiology, Mankind Project Leadership Training, Coach Training International, Wim Hof Method, Art of Living, Insight Meditation Community of Washington, Shadow Work, The Meadows Survivors, and Hellinger Family Constellations. He synthesizes techniques from the continued training and certifications he pursues.

He’s trained war veterans, members of the Special Forces, martial artists, medical doctors, lawyers, gamers, and stressed parents.  

Rob has two decades' experience in Cyber Security/Warfare.  He has helped clients in the defense, civilian, and intelligence sectors of the U.S. government, and he also designed the first computer security strategy for the Costa Rican government.  Rob enjoys hikes, exploring new coffee shops in foreign lands, and his dog, Yogi.

David Berceli, Ph.D.

David Berceli, Ph.D. is an international author, presenter and trainer in the areas of trauma intervention, stress reduction and resiliency development. He has lived and worked in war-torn countries and natural disaster zones around the world.

He is also the creator of a self-help exercises for tension, stress and trauma relief (TRE). 

My favorite self-care activity is solitude and silence.

Self-help stress release, resiliency and personal development re-empower individuals to regain responsibility for their own lives. Self-help techniques are essential because they empower the marginalized and disenfranchised people who are most often dis-empowered by social structures.

 

Teri Cochrane

Teri Cochrane is a Certified Nutritionist and Certified Coach Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida, and is a graduate of the Huntington College of Health Sciences, the National Leadership Institute, and the Upledger Institute. She also has extensive certifications and experience in holistic medicinal practices.  She is a writer and speaker, and maintains a nationally read blog and widely broadcast radio presence.

My favorite self care is cooking a delicious, healing meal for my friends and family.

The tremoring is transformative on a physiological and psychological level.  Me and my clients love it.

Lisa Klein, PT, IMT.C

Lisa Klein, PT IMT.C graduated with her degree in physical therapy from The University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1991. Lisa was always interested in holistic medicine and was exposed to chiropractic care, osteopathic care, craniosacral therapy, and massage therapy throughout her undergraduate and PT education. In 2002, Lisa became a certified Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) practitioner.

My favorite self-care activity is getting treated with IMT or getting an amazing massage.

Rob's training is awesome. I appreciate how straightforward the techniques are, and my favorite part is the tremoring. It feels great.

Evan Jarvis

Evan Jarvis is a professional poker player with over a decade of experience and $1 million in career earnings. He trains fellow poker players in the many forms of the game and strategy. Evan stars in (PSI)²'s training videos, in which he talks about his experiences with stress and poker.

My favorite self-care activity is breathwork and meditation, the feeling of breathing deeply into the areas of my body which don't get fresh air often is incredibly cleansing.

What I like most about your stress resilience and trauma release training is the speed at which the effects are felt. In session, I immediately feel my built-up tension unwind and unravel. Afterward, I dream through the memories as they're processed and healed.

Leah Wiser

Leah Wiser is the Communications Manager at (PSI)². She studies Journalism and Mass Communication at The George Washington University.

My favorite self-care activities are practicing yoga and meditating.

I love incorporating Rob's stress resilience techniques daily to boost my energy levels and improve my focus.

Chelsea Catherman

Chelsea Catherman is the Digital Project Manager at (PSI)². She is a social media behavioral researcher, with a BA in Social and Cultural Anthropology from The George Washington University ('14), writing her MSc thesis in Digital Anthropology at University College London ('17). 

My favorite self-care activity is a tie between hot flow yoga and testing new recipes.

The best part about Rob's techniques is that they really, really work. After living in a state of constant commotion in London, they've been critical in helping me recalibrate.
